FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION OVERVIEW:

​

As a Field Representative, you’ll represent our brands in stores, driving visibility and sales through effective merchandising. You’ll work independently, collaborate with store managers, and use mobile apps to capture brand data.

​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

  • Merchandise products across assigned retail locations.

  • Visit stores on a designated route between 8am and 5pm

  • Collaborate with store managers and internal teams.

  • Capture brand data using apps like Repsly and WhatsApp.

  • Secure and Execute displays and fill voids to enhance sales.

  • Build and maintain strong store relationships.

  • Follow KPI targets and contribute to projects.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

​

  • Positive mindset with emotional intelligence, grit, and coachability.

  • Familiarity with growth mentality and goal achievement.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort with electronic apps.

  • Passion for CPG industry and self-directed work.

  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Brand Ambassador – Good Protein (Costco Roadshows & Demos)

 

Locations Required: Costcos in:

  • Kamloops BC

  • Prince George, BC

  • Nanaimo, BC

  • Brossard, QC

  • Moncton, NB

  • Halifax, NS

 

Employment Type: Project-based / Casual / Contract (as applicable)

Reports to: Project / Field Manager

​

Pay: $19-23/hr (based on experience)

​

ROLE OVERVIEW

​

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to

represent Good Protein at in-store roadshows and product demonstrations in Costco

locations across the country. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition, enjoy engaging with people, and can confidently create excitement around a premium consumer brand. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for preparing and distributing product samples, educating customers, and driving brand awareness through positive,high-energy interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Good Protein professionally and enthusiastically at Costco roadshows and in-store demos

  • Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples in accordance with food safety standards

  • Engage customers in conversation, explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage, and answer questions confidently

  • Create excitement and “buzz” around the brand through friendly, proactive customer interaction

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised demo station at all times

  • Follow all Costco, brand, and food safety guidelines

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of demo stations as required

  • Provide basic feedback or reporting after demo shifts (as required)

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage customers

  • Customer service, sales, promotions, or brand ambassador experience is an asset

  • Ability to work independently while representing the brand consistently and professionally

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (e.g., lifting demo supplies)

 

Availability Requirements

  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends, based on demo schedules

  • Flexibility to work varying hours depending on store and roadshow requirements

  • Reliable transportation to and from assigned Costco locations

 

Certifications & Compliance

  • Valid Food Safety Certificate (mandatory)

  • Willingness to comply with background check requirements where applicable

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
